Assessment
The assessment begins with collecting sleep data for 7-10 days. This gives us a picture of what your sleep really looks like. (Don't worry, we'll make sure it's not overwhelming.) Then, we continue with an interview to gather information about your unique situation and the factors that might be influencing your sleep difficulties.
Treatment Development
Next, a personalized plan will be created that meets the needs of you and/or your family. We will review the plan together to ensure everyone is on board. We'll go through it step by step to make sure everyone is feeling comfortable with how we'll be moving forward.
Plan Implementation
You'll receive one-on-one guidance on how to implement the sleep plan. We'll work as a team and make adjustments along the way. We're in this together!
