Is Sleep a Constant Struggle?
Is your child having a hard time falling or staying asleep on their own?
Are you laying awake for hours, unable to quiet your mind and fall asleep?
Is bedtime filled with tantrums and tears rather than enjoyment and ease?
If any of these sound familiar, know that you're not alone. Sleep deprivation is one of the most difficult things a person can face. It can effect every aspect of your life including mood, focus, memory, and overall well-being.
I know. I've been there myself.
Whether you are struggling with your own sleep or trying to support someone else, I know just how overwhelming it can be. It can leave you feeling drained, discouraged, and desperate for a peaceful evening and a full night's sleep.
But change is possible. Through working together, we can utilize gentle strategies to reclaim your nights.
Imagine...
• Falling asleep within 15 minutes
• Staying asleep throughout the night
• Getting 8 hours of sleep every night
...without having fear and anxiety around your sleep.
Who needs support?
Support is available for both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals including those with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities.
Curious how services are adapted for for those with those with autism, ADHD, or other developmental disabilities?
I'm Maribeth Epstein (she/her), founder of Center for Restorative Behavior, LLC. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I have worked with children, adults, and individuals with autism for over 25 years fostering meaningful behavior change. Helping individuals and families reach their sleep goals is especially meaningful to me because of my own sleepless nights and challenges as a parent. I personally know how difficult life can be when you or a loved one is not sleeping well.
Your struggles are real, but your goals are possible. Real solutions are available to help you and your loved ones fall asleep more easily, sleep soundly through the night, and enjoy a full 8 hours of sleep. Let's take those steps together.
