Once I understood the science behind sleep-related behaviors, I got to work on my own sleep. Within a week and a half, my sleep was transformed!
After years of horrible sleep, I was no longer lying in bed awake for hours or waking up in the middle of the night unable to fall back asleep. I was falling asleep within 5-10 minutes, sleeping through the night, and getting 8+ hours of sleep. I was finally waking up feeling refreshed.
