Another Rough Night?
Finally Put An End To Sleepless Nights & Brain Fog,
And Reclaim The Restorative Sleep And Clarity That You Deserve
Every night, you find yourself lying awake, mind racing as you watch the hours slip by. When sleep finally arrives, it's often interrupted. You wake up feeling exhausted, struggling to get through the day, and wondering if restful sleep is even possible anymore.
You've tried the teas, the pills, the podcasts, but you're still exactly where you started.
You've asked for help, hoping for support, but instead you were met with judgment.
You've blamed yourself thinking that if you'd only tried harder things would be different.
Your struggle isn't from a lack of effort. It's about learning the right skills that are necessary for sleep. It's about setting up a system where sleep becomes effortless instead of a struggle.
This is the space where you can finally let go of the exhaustion and guilt. This is where you trade the fear of bedtime for the peaceful assurance that you know exactly what to do to fall asleep and stay asleep.
You'll learn specific skills so that you can...
Quickly fall asleep within 15 minutes
Sleep soundly throughout the night
Get 8 hours of sleep each night
Finally wake up feeling refreshed
Actually think straight throughout the day
...Without having fear and anxiety around your sleep.
Does it take you a long time to fall asleep?
Although it might seem hard to believe right now, we can work together to set up a system in which you can consistently fall asleep within 15 minutes.
Do you wake frequently throughout the night? Do you often struggle to fall back to sleep?
Waking throughout the night is normal. It's being able to fall back to sleep independently and quickly that's the key! We'll work together to teach you healthy ways to fall asleep from the start, so when you do wake during the night, you'll be able to fall back to sleep effortlessly.
Have you developed some unhealthy sleep habits like falling asleep in front of the TV or screens?
Did you know that the way you fall asleep impacts your sleep throughout the rest of the night? While these habits may seem harmless, they could be having a significant negative impact on your sleep. We'll work together to create new sleep habits that support healthy sleep all night long.
If you’re hesitating, you’re not alone.
Many adults who come to the Center for Restorative Behavior feel unsure at first.
You might be thinking:
“It’s too expensive. It’s not covered by insurance.”
That matters. You’ve already spent time, money, and energy trying to fix this. The real question is: What is poor sleep still costing you- in focus, health, work performance, and emotional well-being?
“This is just something I have to live with.”
When sleep problems last long enough, they start to feel permanent. You adjust. You lower expectations. You stop imagining things could be different. That isn’t acceptance. It’s exhaustion.
“I’ve tried everything”
That makes sense. You’ve tried routines, supplements, apps, and advice. What you may not have tried is a personalized, science-based system designed around your specific sleep patterns.
The Cost of “Pushing Through”
When sleep doesn’t improve, it doesn’t stay neutral. It compounds. Over time, many adults experience:
Persistent brain fog and low motivation
Reduced focus and productivity at work
Shorter patience and higher irritability
More reliance on caffeine or sleeping aids
Ongoing spending on short-term solutions
A growing sense of, “This is just my normal now.” (That quiet resignation is often the hardest part.)
Instead of asking, “Can I afford support?” many clients eventually ask, “How long can I afford to keep living with this constant exhaustion?”

Telehealth Support For Ages 18 & Up
Support can make all the difference. The process is designed to provide you personalized, step-by-step guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals. Each stage is thoughtfully structured to help you gain insight into your sleep patterns, implement practical strategies, and receive ongoing support as you move toward restful, restorative sleep. Here’s what to expect:
Interview
We'll start with a 60-90 minute interview to gather information about your circumstances and the factors that might be influencing your sleep difficulties. The interview covers a range of topics including sleep and medical history, sleep goals, current sleep problems, sleep schedule, pre-sleep routines, and sleep environment.
Sleep Snapshot
Next, you'll jot down your sleep habits over 7-10 days. This gives us a true picture of your current sleep patterns. This helps to identify the most effective path towards your goals.
Treatment Development
The interview and sleep snapshot are carefully analyzed to develop a personalized plan that addresses your needs. A copy of the plan is provided, followed by a meeting to review it step by step, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable moving forward. While treatment plans differ from person to person, they commonly include strategies to teach you how to:
Reset the time you fall asleep to your desired bed time
Create an environment to maintain sleep throughout the entire night
Develop a routine that signals to your body that it's time to sleep
Keep the focus on sleep while in bed
Plan Implementation
With a deeper understanding and practical strategies in hand, it's time to put the plan in place!
We’ll meet 2-3 times per week for 45 minutes during the first week and twice for 30 minutes in the second week.
Everyone's needs are different. We’ll determine what you need (how many times per week to meet) for you to be successful in the following weeks.
When you feel successful and meet your goals (like falling asleep within 15 minutes), we can reduce the number of meetings and determine when sleep consultation ends.
The rate for sleep consultation is $165 per hour.
This rate applies to one-on-one meetings, time spent developing your treatment plan, analyzing your sleep pattern data, and collaborating with other professionals on your team to support your progress. This ensures dedicated, focused time for meetings and individualized planning that helps facilitate meaningful progress between sessions.

Having personally struggled with sleep challenges, I understand how lack of sleep can make everything more difficult, affecting mood, focus, productivity, and overall well-being. Once I understood the science behind sleep-related behaviors, I got to work on my own sleep. Within a week and a half, my sleep was transformed!
After years of horrible sleep, I was no longer lying in bed awake for hours and waking up in the middle of the night unable to fall back asleep. Once I learned specific sleep related skills, I was falling asleep within 5-10 minutes, sleeping through the night, and getting 8+ hours of sleep. I was finally waking up feeling refreshed and wasn't feeling like a mess anymore.
Please know that you are not doomed to a lifetime of sleepless nights and exhausted days. We can work together to help you get the restorative sleep that you need and deserve.
With better sleep, you can finally leave behind the constant brain fog, feel focused and present in your daily life, and have the patience and energy to enjoy the moments that matter most.
